Human resources and training systems

Nam Dinh Province has 14 colleges, technical schools, vocational and training schools which supply annually about 5,000 skilled technical workers to the provincial workforce.
Nam Dinh also has the University of Nursing, University of Technical Education and Luong The Vinh University which are centers of highly qualified manpower supply. In addition, there is the College of Textile and Garment Industry specialized in training high tech workforce in these industries.

Currently Nam Dinh has three new industrial parks in operation while Nam Dinh's labor force is very abundant, ensures better meet the needs of investors in Bao Minh.
Bao Minh is adjacent to existing residential areas, and also plans the accommodation for workers, provides more convenient services such as banking, health care, telecommunications, entertainment ... to create a better living environment for employees in Bao Minh, and contribute to creating stability for the human resources of the Park.
Bao Minh plans to develop services of training and human resources supply for the demand of managerial staffs, technicians and workers and of investors operating in the industrial park.
